Private yoga allows for classes that are completely focused on you, with the guidance of your very own personal yoga teacher. As the sessions are one-on-one with the yoga teacher, there’s no feeling of being rushed through poses, or trying to keep up with other students. Any feelings of competition or the discomfort of being in front of a group are removed. Instead, an environment of acceptance, growth, focus and peace is cultivated. The teacher is able to focus the class on your needs at that particular moment in time, as everyday is different, and so are our body and minds. What came easy one class may feel challenging the next, and that is completely okay, as your yoga class is about your personal journey, a completely judgement free zone. The teacher is able to give personalized options and modifications throughout the class, allowing for poses that fit your body, and meet you where you are.
